ROSS SAMUEL NORMAN, aged 27, of Old Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, admitted stealing food worth £87 from Tesco Express, Poole Road, Bournemouth, on November 15. Also admitted stealing a gift box worth £70 from Boots Chemist, Commercial Road, Bournemouth, on October 22, and a gift set worth £54.50 from the same store on October 25. Sentenced to three months in prison and ordered to pay £212 compensation.
RACHEL JANE MORGAN, aged 47, of Cadnam Way, Bournemouth, admitted driving a motor vehicle at Redhill Avenue, Bournemouth, on September 1, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in her breath, namely 70 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, exceeded the prescribed limit. Disqualified from driving for 19 months, fined £80 and ordered to pay victim surcharge of £34.
HORACE OWEN REID, aged 59, of Upper Terrace Road, Bournemouth, admitted possession of 0.6 grams of cannabis at Bournemouth on August 12. Discharged conditionally for six months and ordered to pay £22 victim surcharge.
TAYAH TERESA STEVIE HAYNES, aged 29, of Charles Road, Christchurch, admitted stealing two bottles of wine worth £15.50 from BP Christchurch, Somerford Road, Christchurch, on April 23, damaging a front door and internal door worth £92 at Bingham Road, Bournemouth, on May 5, and assault at Bournemouth on May 5. Also admitted commission of further offence during the operation period of a suspended sentence order and commission of an offence whilst subject of a conditional discharge order. Sentenced to 24 weeks in prison and ordered to pay £207.50. compensation.
ANTHONY DAVID COLE, aged 40, of no-fixed abode, admitted possession of 0.28 grams of heroin at Madeira Road, Poole, on August 22. Also admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause that person to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against him, to PC 2233 Parkins at Alexandra Road, Poole, August 22.Sentenced to four weeks in prison and ordered to pay £128 compensation.
