NEW PROPERTY research reveals the most popular properties for sale in the UK right now, and a three-bed detached bungalow in Poole ranks within the top 10.

Data compiled by property website Zoopla shows that the £315,000 house in Parkstone features in the top nine list with 267 page views in the last 30 days.

At a time where people are usually searching for properties they aspire to own, house buyers are actually looking at homes with more garden space and somewhere to escape.

Tom Parker, Consumer Spokesperson at Zoopla said: "This second lockdown has brought with it a further boost to demand for property, with homes located across the UK, from Dorset to Dunstable and up north to Darlington proving amongst the most popular.

“The range of property types that Brits are looking at is broad, and includes terraced houses, detached cottages and even a static caravan, highlighting that in this period of market buoyancy, appetite for property is more diverse than ever."
