STOURFIELD Infant School is the latest to confirm a positive test for coronavirus.
A spokesman for BCP Council said: "We are aware of a confirmed case of COVID-19 at Stourfield Infant School in Bournemouth. The school are working closely with Public Health Dorset, BCP Council and Public Health England South West to ensure that all necessary measures are being met.
"All close contacts of the confirmed case have been notified and advised to self-isolate for 14 days. Contacts of the confirmed case should get tested if they go on to develop symptoms. Even if people test negative, they must still self-isolate for 14 days."
Several schools in the BCP Council area have reported cases since the start of term with thousands of children told the self-isolate for 14 days.
Those still operating under restrictions include the Nigel Bowes campus at Tregonwell Academy, Jewell Academy, The Bourne Academy, St Aldhelm's, St Katharine's,Christ the King, Hill View and Corpus Christi.
