A CAR was seized in Poole after the driver “couldn’t afford” an MOT, tax or insurance.
Police officers from the Dorset Police No Excuse team stopped the Vauxhall Vectra on the A350.
They found it had been used on the school run for the last six years, but hadn’t had an MOT since May 2018.
The car hadn’t been taxed and didn’t have insurance since May 2019.
The driver told officers that he couldn’t afford it.
His vehicle was seized and he was reported to court.
