A man was arrested in Castle Lane East after a Land Rover Discovery was stolen folloiwng a burglary in wick on September 22 2020
A BURGLAR fled in a stolen Land Rover Discovery after targeting a home in Wick village in Bournemouth.
Police were alerted after the vehicle was taken from outside the home at around 1.50am today.
Dorset Police liaised with colleagues in Hampshire who later told them the Discovery was travelling on the A31 into Dorset from Hampshire at around 3am.
A Dorset Police spokesman said: "Searches for the vehicle were carried out and it was subsequently located and stopped outside the Royal Bournemouth Hospital on Castle Lane East.
"A 29-year-old Bournemouth man was arrested on suspicion of burglary and is assisting officers with their enquiries."
The vehicle was returned to the owner.
