AN AWARD-WINNING Bournemouth pub which has remained closed throughout the pandemic could be open by the end of next month.

The owners of the Goat and Tricycle in West Hill Road are looking for interested parties to operate the premises.

The pub is owned by independent brewery Wadworth andd a spokesman told the Daily Echo: "We are currently in discussions with interested parties to operate the Goat & Tricycle with us and we are hoping, if these are successful, that we will be able to reopen the pub by the end of September."

The pub, near Bournemouth’s Triangle, has won a string of awards, including accolades from CAMRA, the Campaign for Real Ale.
