LAWRENCE KEET, aged 53 and of South Kinson Drive, Bournemouth, admits pursuing a course of action which amounted to the stalking of a woman and which he knew or ought to have known amounted to harassment of her in that he sent repeated messages, drove past her home on numerous occasions, drove past her on numerous occasions when she was walking to and from work, repeatedly followed her to Tesco in Kinson, approached her and told her to “watch your back”, made contact with her in the Argos car park, Kinson, and at her home address and drove towards her near to Costa, Kinson, all between September 1, 2019, and January 10. Community order whereby defendant was ordered to carry out 150 hours of unpaid work. Restraining order made to last until August 16, 2021. To pay £90 surcharge and £85 costs.

OWEN CHARLES AMOR, aged 29 and of Mount Road, Bournemouth, admits assaulting PC Derrick, a police constable, acting in the exercise of his functions as such a worker, by beating him on August 16. Committed to prison for six weeks. To pay £128 surcharge.
