Fined £64. To pay £32 surcharge and £85 costs. Also admits failing to surrender to custody on July 27 having been released on bail in criminal proceedings. Fined £50.

JAMIE BRIAN HUMPHREYS, aged 19 and of no fixed abode, admits assaulting a police community support officer in Westover Road on September 26, 2019. Discharged conditionally for 12 months.
