A GIRL was rescued by the emergency services after she became stuck in mud at Highcliffe beach.
Fire service crews from Christchurch, New Milton and the technical rescue team from Poole, were joined by South Western Ambulance Service and Poole Coastguard Rescue Team on Tuesday night.
The 14-year-old had got into difficulties near the Cliffhanger Cafe and required assistance.
Once she was recovered from the mud, the teenager was passed over to the ambulance crew.
