CARL MICHAEL UPTON, aged 35 and of Priory Road, Bournemouth, admits stealing a Panasonic TV from a man in Bournemouth on March 18. To pay £100 compensation. Also admits having 0.18 grams of diamorphine, a controlled drug of class A, at an address in Frances Road, Bournemouth, on October 22, 2019. Fined £80 and to pay a £32 surcharge. Drugs to be forfeited and destroyed.

EAST DORSET

JANOS DANI, aged 30 and of Ringwood Road, Verwood, admits failing to provide a specimen to police in Bournemouth on March 13 in the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence. Fined £200 and to pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 18 months. Also admits using a motor vehicle without insurance in Ringwood Road, Verwood, on March 13. Fined £150. Driving record endorsed. Also admits disorderly behaviour while drunk in the West Central Development in Exeter Crescent, Bournemouth, on May 20. Fined £50.

NORTH DORSET

DENISE JOAN DREWETT, aged 61 and of Station Road, Burry Port, Carmarthenshire, admits pursuing a course of conduct which amounted to the harassment of a woman by attending her address in Pimperne, Blandford Forum, called emergency services with unfounded concerns about her husband, texted her husband on multiple occasions and sent multiple unwanted parcels to her address between July 1, 2019, and April 30, 2020. Restraining ordered made not to contact victim directly or indirectly and not to enter Pimperne for five years. Fined £100 and to pay £100 compensation and £85 costs.

POOLE

BEN HADEN-SMITH, aged 20 and of Arne Avenue, Poole, admits using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause a man and a woman to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against them or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence in Bournemouth on May 20. Community order made whereby the defendant will be under a four-week overnight curfew. To pay a £95 surcharge and £85 costs.
