THE Mayor of Bournemouth has urged the nation to “stay away from Bournemouth”.
Cllr Susan Phillips delivered the message to viewers on ITV show This Morning.
Speaking to presenters Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford earlier today, Cllr Phillips said: “Here’s a message that speaks out loud and clear, I am saying please, stay away from Bournemouth, stay away from Bournemouth please”.

While Eammon Holmes commented on the rubbish that had been left behind saying "what kind of pigs would do that".
Yesterday BCP Council declared a “major incident” with Royal Bournemouth Hospital and Poole Hospital put on “major incident standby”.
Since the incident was declared, pictures of crowds on Bournemouth beach have been seen around the world.
