Drink driver is banned from the roads for 20 months by magistrates
A DRINK-DRIVER has been banned from the roads for 20 months by Poole magistrates.
Leanne Jean Bingham, 35, of Paddington Grove, Bournemouth, pleaded guilty to the offence, which took place on May 13 in Wimborne.
The court heard she had an alcohol level of 84 in her breath - the legal limit is 35.
She was also fined £369 and ordered to pay a £37 victim surcharge and5 costs.
