A 41-YEAR-OLD man banned from large areas of Bournemouth was caught breaking a court order seven times.
Abdul Choon, of Ensbury Park Road was caught in Holdenhurst Road, West Hill Place, St Michael's Road and Bournemouth Square on seven occasions in March and April when prohibited from being there by a criminal behaviour order.
He admitted all seven offences and a further offence of using threatening and abusive behaviour when prohibited from doing so on May 2 when he appeared before magistrates in Poole.
He was given a 16-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £128.
