Man, 48, is jailed for ignoring a restraining order
A 48-YEAR-OLD man was jailed for 28 days after ignoring a restraining order.
David Stuart Crosswaite, of Frances Road, Bournemouth, admitted committing the offence when he appeared before Poole magistrates on Thursday April 2.
The court heard he was present at an address in Longham, Ferndown on April 1 when prohibited from doing so by a restraining order on April 1.
He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £122.
