A BOURNEMOUTH school has closed to Year 10 pupils after more than 20 staff members self-isolated.
Parents and carers of pupils at St Peter's in Southbourne received the news in a letter from head teacher Ben Doyle.
He said: "Given that the staff members will be self-isolating for 14 days and the likelihood of more staff falling into this category the school has had to make the difficult decision to partially close.
"Year 10 are to stay at home. All other year groups will have their lessons delivered as per their timetable."
He said after school clubs and events are also cancelled until Easter and added: "Thank you for continued support and understanding as we work through this challenging situation."
