MOTORISTS faced delays on the A338 following a two-vehicle crash.
The collision took place this afternoon (Tuesday, March 10) near Blackwater junction on the Spur Road northbound carriageway.
Police attended the scene. A spokeswoman for Dorset Police said: "We were called at 4.20pm to reports of a two-vehicle collision on the A338 Spur Road northbound near Blackwater junction."
The crash involved a White Kia Niro and a silver Kia Picanto.
The police spokeswoman said it is had been reported that no injuries had been sustained.
Traffic was reportedly queuing back beyond the Cooper Dean junction on the A338 during the rush hour.
The incident was cleared before 6pm.
