NEW food hygiene ratings for 19 establishments across Bournemouth, Christchurch, Poole and the Dorset Council area have been published by the Food Standards Agency in recent weeks.
Listed below are some of the latest findings of council inspectors, published between January 26 and February 7.
Thousands of premises across the country are rated by the Food Standards Agency, based on the findings of local authority inspectors, who work all-year round.
The hygiene standards found at the time of inspection are then rated on a scale from zero to five.
Five is top of the scale, meaning the hygiene standards are very good and fully comply with regulations.
Zero is at the bottom of the scale, meaning urgent improvement is necessary.

UPDATE: This article originally stated that Cafe Boscanova had a 2 food hygiene rating, based on information from the Food Standards Agency website. The venue was reinspected on February 5 and received a rating of 4.
