The defendant must comply with a programme requirement for 35 days, a rehabilitation activity requirement for 25 days and 120 hours of unpaid work. To pay a £90 surcharge, to pay £85 costs. Also admits assaulting a person by beating him.
EMILY CHARLOTTE GLEASON, aged 18 and of Medbourne Close, Blandford, admits driving a Peugeot on the A350 at Sturminster Marshall on October 25 with 107 milligrams of alcohol in blood. Fined £120, to pay a £32 surcharge, to pay £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 16 months.
MICHAEL JOHN ROGER DARCY, aged 35 and of Green Close, Sturminster Newton, admits damaging the window of the Real Eating Company in Bournemouth on December 23. Community order made. The defendant must comply with a rehabilitation activity requirement fo 15 days and carry out 120 hours of unpaid work. To pay £1,000 compensation. Also admits assaulting an emergency worker, namely a PC, by beating him at Bournemouth police station. To pay £100 compensation. Also admits damaging a cell. To pay £30 compensation. Also admits the commission of another offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order for drug drive x 2 and possession of drugs. No action taken on breach.
