A RETAIL unit housing Tesco Express in Southbourne is up for sale for £900,000.
The shop, at 28-30 Southbourne Grove, has nine flats above it which were sold on 99-year leases in March 2003.
The property is on the market with Nettleship Sawyer and is 3,359 sq ft.
Tesco has confirmed its lease, which runs until 2033, will be unaffected by the sale of the property.
The property is advertised on rightmove and is described as a commercial investment.
Tesco currently pays £46,000 per year rent with a further £150 a year from each of the nine flats.
The advertisement says: "Southbourne Grove has a very good mix of national and successful local businesses.
"The property is situated in probably the best location in Southbourne Grove on the northern side of the road in the very heart of this thriving suburb."
