EMERGENCY services were called to Kinson this morning after a woman fell onto the road at a crossing.
Police were called to Wimborne Road near Kinson Hub by the ambulance service at 9.28am.
Officers attended and the road was closed for a short time but reopened at 9.50am.
The woman was left in the care of the ambulance service.
South Western Ambulance Service said: "We were called at around 9.20am about an incident on Wimborne Road, Kinson.
"The caller reported to us that someone had fallen on a crossing. Our ambulance crew treated a female patient at the scene and conveyed her to hospital for further care."
