MICHAEL JAMES PARKER, aged 29 and of Scotter Road, Pokesdown, admits assaulting a person by beating her in Arbinger Road, Bournemouth on December 12. Restraining order made until January 2021. Fined £120, to pay £50 compensation, to pay a £32 surcharge, to pay £85 costs.

MARTIN DAVID ALLAN, aged 31 and of no fixed abode, admits assaulting a person by beating her in the car park of Co-op in Kinson Road, Bournemouth on June 10. Fined £80, to pay a £30 surcharge, to pay £85 costs.

KIERON PETER DURIE, aged 25 and of Turbary Park Avenue, Bournemouth, admits sending an electronic communication, namely voice recordings, which were indecent or grossly offensive for the purpose of causing distress and anxiety to the recipient in Turbary Park Avenue, Bournemouth on October 17. Community order made. The defendant must comply with a rehabilitation activity requirement for 22 days and carry out 100 hours of unpaid work. Restraining order made until July 2020. To pay a £90 surcharge, to pay £85 costs.

JOSEPH ALAN VINCENT GAUCI, aged 38 and of The Triangle, Bournemouth, admits using towards members of staff at the Job Centre in Cotlands Road, Bournemouth threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause them to believe immediate violence would be used on October 18. Committed to prison for 90 days suspended for 12 months. To pay a £122 surcharge, to pay £85 costs. Also admits the commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge order for a period of three months for drunk and disorderly. No action taken on breach.

ANDREW MARK ALLNER, aged 29 and of Cheltenham Road, Poole, admits destroying a cat flap in Poole on November 23. Community order made. The defendant must participate in an accredited programme for 29 days, comply with a rehabilitation activity requirement for 37 days and carry out 145 hours of unpaid work. To pay £5 compensation. Also admits having cannabis. Also admits the conviction of an offence while a community order for failing to stop, failing to report and resisting a PC is in force. No adjudication – dealt with for original offence. Community order revoked and remade.

GEMMA LOUISE GUBBINS, aged 35 and of Cranborne Crescent, Poole, admits harassing a person in Bournemouth on dates between August 7 and 10 by sending numerous unwanted text messages.
