ARRESTS were made yesterday evening after two intruders were seen in the gardens of Corfe Castle homes.
Dog units and the NPAS helicopter were among the police resources deployed to West Street just after 6pm after two people wearing masks and carrying torches were spotted.

Police received a call regarding two intruders seen in gardens in Corfe Castle wearing masks and carrying torches.

Police say two people have been arrested.
Items including a crowbar, a can of WD40, thick gardening gloves, bolt cutters and screwdrivers were also seized.

A spokesperson from Purbeck police said: "Officers from Swanage, Wareham and Poole, assisted by a dog unit and the police helicopter, searched the area."
The two men held by police were arrested in Collets Close.
