THE following cases were heard at Bournemouth Magistrates' Court:

RICKY PATRICK RATTIGAN, aged 37 and of St Paul's Lane, Bournemouth, admits having 1.05 grams of amphetamine, a class B drug, in Old Christchurch Road, Bournemouth on September 9. Fined £80, to pay a £32 surcharge. To be detained in the courthouse. Detention deemed served by reason of time already spent in custody. No order for costs. Commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge order for a period of 12 months for wilfully obstructing free passage along a highway and assault by beating. No action taken on breach.

FRANCESCO DE FILIPPO,. aged 25 and of Commercial Road, Bournemouth, admits driving a Mercedes AMG in Barrack Road, Christchurch on July 7 while unfit to drive through drugs. Fined £100, to pay a £32 surcharge, to pay £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 26 months. Also admits driving a Mercedes GLA VRM in St Michael's Road, Bournemouth on July 14 with not less than 8.6 micrograms of THC per litre of blood. Fined £100, to pay £85 costs. Also admits driving with not less than 22 micrograms of cocaine per litre of blood. Fined £100. Also admits driving with not less than 81 micrograms of cocaine derivative benzoylecgonine per litre of blood. Fined £100.

RONALD JAMES, aged 44 and of Walpole Road, Boscombe, admits having heroin in his possession in Bournemouth on October 27. Fined £50, to pay a £32 surcharge.

TIMOTHY ROGER CLARK, aged 39 and of Kings Park Road, Bournemouth, admits stealing ice cream worth £20 from Tesco in Poole Road, Westbourne on October 23. Discharged conditionally for six months. To pay £20 compensation, to pay £85 costs.

MEGAN DOYLE, aged 31 and of Warren Edge Road, Southbourne, admits driving a Hyundai in Browning Avenue, Bournemouth on July 19 with 800 micrograms of cocaine derivative benzoylecgonine per litre of blood. Fined £100, to pay a £32 surcharge, to pay £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.

RICHARD RYAN KAIN, aged 35 and of Holdenhurst Road, Bournemouth, admits having having cannabis in Rushton Crescent, Bournemouth on December 12., Fined £50, to pay a £32 surcharge, to pay £85 costs. Also admits driving an Audi A3 without an appropriate licence. Fined £50. Also admits driving without appropriate insurance. Fined £50. Disqualified from driving for 12 months due to repeat offending. Licence endorsed with six points.

MICHAEL NEWLANDS, aged 28 and of Stewart Road, Bournemouth, admits disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress in Fir Vale Road, Bournemouth on December 14. Fined £100, to pay a £32 surcharge, to pay £85 costs.

RICHARD SANKOH, aged 21 and of Southcote Road, Bournemouth, admits assaulting a person by beating her in Bournemouth on August 18. Fined £100, to pay £30 compensation, to pay £85 costs. Also admits the commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge order for a period of 12 months for possessing cannabis x 2. No action taken on breach.

HANNAH LOUISE DOYLE, aged 37 and of no fixed abode, admits failing to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from a period of imprisonment. Committed to prison for 14 days. admits stealing a bank card in Lansdown Road, Bournemouth on July 5. Committed to prison for 16 weeks concurrent. Restraining order made until December 2021. To pay £468.10 compensation. Also admits committing fraud at Asda. Committed to prison for 18 weeks concurrent. Also admits failing to surrender to custody on December 16. Committed to prison for four weeks concurrent.

POOLE

JAMIE DUFFY, aged 19 and of Ashley Road, Poole, admits having a quantity of cocaine in his possession at Bournemouth police station in Madeira Road on December 5. Fined £50, to pay a £32 surcharge, to pay £85 costs. Also admits failing to surrender to custody on December 12. Fined £50.

MARTIN O'CONNOR, aged 57 and of Jolliffe Road, Poole, admits driving a Skoda Octavia in Jolliffe Road on December 16 with 95 micrograms of alcohol in breath. Fined £900, to pay a £90 surcharge, to pay £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 24 months.

WIMBORNE

KARL ALEXANDER MURGATROYD, aged 34 and of Marshfield, Colehill, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend on two occasions. Fined £20, to pay £60 costs.
