PAUL JOHN WILLIS, aged 64 and of Inglesham Way, Poole, admits driving a Peugeot 106 on the Upton Bypass on November 24 with 84 micrograms of alcohol in breath. Fined £300, to pay a £32 surcharge, to pay £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 18 months.
CRAIG JERRARD, aged 33 and of Cutlers Place, Wimborne, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order on two occasions. No adjudication – dealt with for original offence. Community order revoked and remade. The defendant must carry out 180 hours of unpaid work. To pay £60 costs.
