THE three teenagers arrested after police followed a suspected stolen car in the moments before a crash in Somerford have been released under investigation.
As reported, officers began pursuing the vehicle on the A35 in Christchurch at around 2.40pm on October 24.
Shortly afterwards, the car, a silver Fiat, was in collision with a navy Land Rover Discovery outside McColl's in Somerford Road.
No one was seriously hurt in the crash, which closed Somerford Road at the junction with Park Gardens for several hours.
Officers arrested three males in connection with the incident.
A 17-year-old boy from Ringwood on suspicion of theft of a motor vehicle, possessing a class B drug, being concerned in the supply of a class B drug and a driving offence.
An 18-year-old man from the Ringwood area and a 19-year-old man from Christchurch were both arrested on suspicion of theft of a motor vehicle and possession of a class B drug with intent to supply.
All three have been released under investigation while enquiries continue.
