BOURNEMOUTH

HUGH JOHN HAGGERTY, aged 46 and of Westover Road, Bournemouth, admits breaching a non-molestation order in Poole on September 6. Community order made. The defendant must comply with a rehabilitation activity requirement for ten days. To pay a £90 surcharge, to pay £85 costs. Also admits the commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order for possession of a knife x 2 and a Section 4 Public Order Act offence. Defendant was issued a suspended sentence of ten weeks imprisonment suspended for 12 months amended by extending the operational period to 13 months.

MARCO DENNIS VINCENT SCRIMAGLIA, aged 30 and of South Street, Southsea, admits assaulting a person thereby occasioning him actual bodily harm in Old Christchurch Road, Bournemouth on November 5 2018. Committed to prison for five months. Reason: offence committed in drink, sustained assault on shop worker. Restraining order made until October 2022. To pay £250 compensation. Also admits stealing Stella. Defendant was committed to prison for two months concurrent.

SUSAN ANNE DAVIES, aged 68 and of Derby Road, Bournemouth, admits stealing £180 from another at Gala Bingo in Christchurch Road, Bournemouth on March 20 2018. Fined £100, to pay £180 compensation, to pay a £30 surcharge, to pay £100 costs. Also admits the commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge order for a period of 24 months for burglary. No action taken on breach.

ASHLEY PATRICK BROADERS, aged 25 and of Kittiwake Close, Bournemouth, admits driving a vehicle in Ashley Road, Bournemouth on October 2 without a licence. Defendand was fined £100, to pay a £32 surcharge, to pay £85 costs. Also admits driving without insurance. Fined £300. Driving record endorsed with six points. Also admits failing to surrender on October 22. Also admits the commissioner of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order for battery and engaging in controlling and coercive behaviour.
