A MAN caught speeding twice on a single day has been given six points by the courts.
Marcin Kotowicz, of Walliscott Road in Wallisdown, appeared at Poole Magistrates' Court this week.
He admitted breaking the 30 mile per hour limit in Wallisdown Road twice on February 11. He was caught speeding in a Ford van at both 38mph and 39mph.
Kotowicz, 39, was fined £70 and ordered to pay a £30 surcharge. In addition, he was handed three points for each offence.
