Derelict building 'destroyed' by fire in early hours
CREWS from Wimborne and Verwood are still tackling a fire which has destroyed a derelict building in Burton early this morning.
The blaze was reported at 4.30am at a property in Salisbury Road.
A spokesman said: "Access is extremely difficult due to many years growth of trees and shrubs but the fire is under control."
Crews were likely to be in attendance well into the day, he added.
