MARTIN BARRY TURNER, aged 49 and of no fixed abode, admits failing to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order by failing to attend appointments on four occasions. No adjudication – dealt with for original offence. Suspended sentence of imprisonment of 12 weeks suspended for 12 months implemented. Also admits the conviction of an offence while a community order is in force. Committed to prison for eight weeks consecutive. JOEL KENNETH ANTONI HAZARD, aged 18 and of Setley Gardens, Bournemouth, admits assaulting a person by beating him in Wimborne Road, Poole on March 5. Community order made.
