POLICE are concerned for the welfare of a 16-year-old boy who has gone missing from his home in Corfe Mullen. 

Joshua Beardall left home at around 6pm on Sunday, September 22

Joshua is described as white, six feet one inch tall and of slim build with mousey brown hair that is short on the sides and longer on top.

He is believed to be wearing black trainers, black tracksuit bottoms and a black parka-style jacket with fur on the hood.

Joshua also wears glasses and may be covering his face with a black scarf.

Chief Inspector Andy Edwards, of Dorset Police, said: “Joshua is believed to have been very upset when he left home and we are keen to locate him as soon as possible to make sure he is alright.

“We are carrying out a number of searches and I would urge anyone with knowledge as to his whereabouts, or who sees a teenager matching the description given, to please contact us immediately.

“Finally, I would like to appeal directly to Joshua if you see this to please make contact with us or your family as we all just want to ensure you are safe.”
