THIS cheeky donkey made the most of summer by queuing for a Cornetto in the New Forest last week.
Lots of us headed for the Ben and Jerry's as temperatures soared during the bank holiday weekend. And on Saturday, this donkey waited patiently in line for an ice cream at the Roundhill Campsite in Beaulieu Road, Brockenhurst.
The picture was snapped by Dorset Echo Camera Club member Heather Saunders.
Donkeys are most commonly seen at Hyde Common near Fordingbridge. However, they can also usually be spotted near the Royal Oak at North Gorley and the Foresters Arms in Frogham, proving the creatures enjoy a pint just as much as a 99 with a flake.
