FARMERS in north Dorset are being asked to watch out for a suspicious man in a Bermuda shirt with a Cockney accent.
Police said: "A suspicious male in his thirties or early forties with a Cockney accent and wearing a brightly coloured shirt, Bermuda type and shorts with closely cropped hair who was also wearing dark sunglasses has been calling at farms in the North Dorset area. "The male is telling farmers and staff that he has work in the Shaftesbury area and is looking for somewhere to live where he can also park his vehicle."
