DALE ROBERT KERNOGHAN, aged 35 and of Porchester Road, Bournemouth, admits harassing a person in Verwood on dates between December 31 2018 and January 3 by sending numerous text messages of a threatening nature. Community order made. The defendant must participate in an accredited programme for 42 days. Restraining order made until June 2021. To pay an £85 surcharge, to pay £40 costs. Also admits the conviction of a further offence while a community order for assaulting a PC was in force.

MICHAEL ANDREW DUFF, aged 26 and of Shelley Road, Bournemouth, admits stalking a person in Bournemouth on dates between May 20 and June 12 by harassing her. Committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months. Reason: huge amount of contact within a short period of time, flagrant disregard of court orders. Restraining order made until June 2021. MARK CHARLES DUNNINGHAM, aged 58 and of Mountbatten Gardens, Bournemouth, admits harassing a person in Bournemouth on dates between April 19 and 27 by attending her place of work and calling her mobile and home phone excessively. DEAN JOHN TILLER, aged 32 and of Kitchener Crescent, Poole, admits causing a Vauxhall Meriva to be in Upton Road, Poole in such circumstances it would have been obvious to a reasonable person it would be dangerous on April 5.
