THIS castle may look like it belongs in Westeros – but Echo Camera Club Dorset member Hazel Showell found it on the beach in Poole.
The six-storey construction features elaborately-carved doors and turrets.
You might expect to find such a sculpture at Weymouth’s Sandworld festival, which features artworks including dragons, elephants, monsters and famous faces – all sculpted out of sand.
However, Heather found the sandcastle near the RNLI lifeguard hit at Branksome Chine as she cycled along the coast to work.
If you’d like to share photos of your best-crafted sandcastle – or any shots you’ve taken so far this summer – our camera club is free to join and boasts more than 3,000 members.
