A stag deer was trapped in the fence of a play park on Reynolds Rise, Shaftesbury.
Just after 10am on Thursday, Dorset & Wiltshire Fire Control received a call about a deer that had its head stuck in some railings.
Firefighters from the Shaftesbury station were sent out and they managed to release the deer by inflating an airbag between two poles of the railing to push them further apart until the deer could get its head out.
