THE windows of more than 30 vehicles at a car sales company were smashed by vandals in the early hours of Thursday morning.
Police were called to reports of damage at Babylon Motors in Babylon Hill near Sherborne at 2.45am.
Officers discovered that 32 vehicles had been targeted, with windows smashed, wing mirrors damaged and car bonnets and panels dented.
However, the owner of the business says some 39 cars in total were damaged. The windows of 30 vehicles were smashed, while around nine have suffered paintwork and body damage.
Enquiries are ongoing and no arrests have been made.
The total cost of the damage is estimated to be around £15,000.
