THE sun has got his hat on... and it’s perfect timing!
Forecasters are predicting plenty of warm sunshine throughout this long Easter weekend.
On Friday and Saturday, highs of 21C are expected. Friday evening will turn cloudy, but if you’re planning a barbecue, Saturday looks bright throughout.
Temperatures will drop slightly on Sunday, with the mercury expected to reach 18C. Monday will be cooler still, with highs of 16C.
Overall, however, it'll be nicer here than it will be in Malaga, where 20C and plenty of storms is predicted.
A spokesperson from the Met Office said: “From Saturday to Monday, it should be staying fine and dry over the next few days with lots of warm sunshine.
“Winds will be light over the weekend, but Monday could be a little breezier.”
Thousands of people are expected to hit the beach over the weekend.
