POLICE are investigating a spate of car crime committed in Poole over the past week.
A vehicle parked in Churchill Road, Branksome was keyed on the morning of Sunday, April 7.
On the morning of Saturday, April 6, thieves smashed the window of a car parked in Rossmore Road and stole a Storm brown leather handbag. A birth certificate and an insurance certificate were in the bag when it was taken.
On the same day, a vandal smashed the rear passenger window of a car in Upper Road, Newtown.
The window of a car parked in Churchill Road, Newtown was also smashed sometime between 4pm on Friday, April 5 and 8.45am on Saturday.
A wallet was stolen from a car in Ashley Road, Branksome on Friday.
Vandals slashed two tyres of a car parked in Fresh Water Drive, Hamworthy in the early hours of the morning on Thursday, April 4.
A metal plate was stolen from a car in Rossmore Road sometime between 6.45am and 11.45am on Wednesday, April 3.
The number plates of a vehicle parked in Bloxworth Road, Rossmore were stolen sometime between 3.30pm on Thursday, April 4 and 7.30am on Friday, April 5.
