ARMED police were called following an altercation in Bournemouth on Friday night.
The incident involved a group of people in a vehicle and another man, who was reportedly seen with a knife in Wick Lane.
Police arrived at the scene following a call at 5.23pm and carried out a search of the area.
Armed officers and the dog unit were also seen surrounding a car in Christchurch Road, Pokesdown.
A spokesperson for Dorset Police said: "Following a search of the area two people, a 19-year-old from Bournemouth and a 17-year-old local male, have been arrested on suspicion of affray and are assisting officers with their enquiries.
"There have been no reports of any injuries."
