TWO people have sustained serious injuries in a crash in north Dorset.
The crash on the C13 involves a car and a lorry.
It occurred near to Mill Street which is the turn-off for Fontmell Magna.
A road closure is in place at the junction for Compton Abbas Airfield.
Police were called to the scene at 12.22pm.
South Western Ambulance Service said they were called at 12.17pm.
They have attended with two ambulances, an operations officer, an air ambulance and a rapid response vehicle.
Dorset and Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service was called at 12.26pm.
Two crews from Shaftesbury and Blandford attended.
Firefighters cut two casualties free from the car who were then handed into the care of the ambulance service.
A Dorset Police spokesperson said the road is expected to be closed for some time.
