Borough of Poole has lifted lane closures at Upton after apologising for not warning motorists about works taking place.
A lane closure was put in place eastbound on the A350 near the Creekmoor flyover.

From 4pm today the eastbound lane closure from Upton Bypass to Fleetsbridge Flyover will be removed for the evening and will be put back in place after the rush hour tomorrow. This lane closure will be off peak only for the rest of the week. @TravelDorset
Originally, the lane closure was due to be in place for 24 hours a day until Friday.
However, Borough of Poole lifted it from 4pm yesterday and the lane closure will be put in place after rush-hour on Wednesday.
The lane closure will then be off-peak only until Friday.
The lane between Holes Bay North Roundabout and Upton will be removed and reinstated on Thursday morning.

While the westbound lane closure between Fleetsbridge Flyover and Holes Bay North Roundabout will remain in place 24 hours a day until 4pm on Friday.
Street light replacements are taking place on the central reservation.
Yesterday morning, delays were being reported back to Upton on the A35 and A350 Upton Bypass and Lytchett Matravers.
