Two emergency roadworks 'a quarter mile apart' cause delays on B3072 in Verwood
MOTORISTS using the B3072 in Verwood are being held up by two sets of emergency roadworks.
SGN is continuing with emergency gas repairs in Manor Road following a gas leak near the junction with St Michael's Road.
However, Bournemouth Water has now started emergency works to repair a water leak at the junction with Newtown Road.
"Unfortunately this means that we have two sets of temporary traffic lights on this route around a quarter of a mile apart," a Travel Dorset spokesperson said.
"Apologies for any delay this may cause to your journey."
