TODAY we are printing the name of every drug-driver who appeared at Poole Magistrates' Court in December. These motorists risked the lives of others on Dorset's roads.

The 16, plus a seventeenth man who admitted being in charge of a vehicle while above the drug-drive limit, were among 50 drivers to appear before the courts in just 23 days charged with drink-driving, drug-driving or failing to provide a specimen.

In the coming days, we will print all 50 names.

The drug-drive limits are:

Cocaine – 10 micrograms per litre of blood (µg/L)

Cocaine's primary derivative benzoylecgonine – 50µg/L

Cannabis's primary psychoactive ingredient THC – 2µg/L

DAWN SUSAN LORING, aged 47 and of Mansel Close, Poole, admits driving a Vauxhall in Kinson Road, Bournemouth on July 7 with 200 micrograms of cocaine derivative benzoylecgonine per litre of blood. Fined £100, to pay a £30 surcharge. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. Also admits using a vehicle without appropriate insurance. Fined £80. Also admits driving a vehicle without an appropriate licence. No separate penalty. Also admits having 0.2 grams of heroin in her possession. Fined £50. Drugs to be forfeited and destroyed. Also admits commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge order for a period of 12 months for fraud by false representation. No action taken on breach.

JUSTIN DANIEL COSH, aged 32 and of Moreton Road, Bournemouth, admits driving a vehicle in Castle Lane West on September 24 with more than seven micrograms of THC per litre of blood. Fined £60, to pay a £30 surcharge. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.

QUINN JACK DAVEY, aged 23 and of Darbys Lane, Poole, admits driving a Mazda in Beresford Road, Bournemouth on September 15 with 2.4 micrograms of cannabis derivative THC per litre of blood. Fined £170, to pay a £30 surcharge, to pay £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.

JACK HARPER, aged 33 and of St Swithins Road, Bournemouth, admits driving a Ford Transit in Hawden Road, Bournemouth on June 14 with more than 200 micrograms of cocaine derivative benzoylecgonine per litre of blood. Fined £100, to pay a £30 surcharge, to pay £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. Also admits driving with more than 32mg cocaine per litre of blood. No separate penalty.

GRANT COLIN GEAR, aged 39 and of Turlin Road, Poole, admitted driving in Dorchester Road, Poole on September 19 2018 with more than 32 micrograms of cocaine per litre of blood. Also admits driving with more than 200 micrograms of cocaine derivative benzoylecgonine per litre of blood. Also admits the commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order for possession of an offensive weapon and assault by beating. Due to be sentenced at Bournemouth Crown Court on January 31.

JAMES ALEXANDER SAMSON, aged 34 and of Tonge Road, Bournemouth, admits driving a Ford Mondeo in Jolliffe Avenue, Poole on August 5 with 336 micrograms of cocaine derivative benzoylecgonine per litre of blood. Fined £300, to pay a £30 surcharge, to pay £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. Also admits having a quantity of cocaine in his possession. Fined £200. Drugs to be forfeited and destroyed.

NEVILLE JOHN BAMBER, aged 50, of Worrell Drive, Poole, admits in The Avenue, Poole with 2.5 micrograms of THC per litre of blood on September 7. Fined £140, to pay victim surcharge of £30, to pay costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. Also admits possession of cannabis on the same occasion. No separate penalty.

JOSHUA PETER LOVELL, aged 26 and of Etches Close, Bournemouth, admits driving a Seat Ibiza in Malvern Road, Bournemouth on May 26 while unfit through drugs. Also admits driving dangerously in Charminster Road, West Way, Chigwell Road, Homeside Road, Forest View Road, Moorvale Road and Malvern Road. Also admits the commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order for possession of cannabis with intent to supply and possession of cocaine. To be dealt with at Bournemouth Crown Court.

RORY LUCAS aged 28, of Beaufort Road, Bournemouth. Admits driving while unfit through drugs at Wimborne on 10/06/2018. Fined £250. To pay victim surcharge of £30. To pay costs of £85. Driving record endorsed with 10 points.

JOSHUA BEACH, aged 23 and of Grafton Close, Bournemouth, admits driving in Christchurch Road, Bournemouth on September 1 with 12 micrograms of cocaine per litre of blood. Fined £200, to pay a £30 surcharge, to pay £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for three years.

JAMIE LEE COSTELLO, aged 22 and of Culverhayes Place, Wimborne, admits driving a tractor in Stone Lane, Wimborne on September 3 with 6.5 micrograms of THC per litre of blood. Fined £100, to pay a £30 surcharge. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. Also admits driving with around 800 micrograms of cocaine derivative benzoylecgonine per litre of blood. Fined £100. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.

DANIEL LAMBERT, aged 40 and of West Way, Bournemouth, admits driving an Audi A3 in West Way on September 14 with more than seven micrograms of THC per litre of blood. Fined £240, to pay a £30 surcharge, to pay £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. Also admits having a quantity of cannabis in his possession. Fined £240. Cannabis to be forfeited and destroyed.

MILAN SZOMA, aged 29 and of St Michael's Road, Bournemouth, admits driving in Poole Road, Branksome on July 13 with more than 3.6 micrograms of THC per litre of blood. Fined £217, to pay a £30 surcharge. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. Also admits driving without appropriate insurance. No separate penalty. RICHARD CHRISTOPHER JONES, aged 24 and of Queen Eleanor Road, Gillingham, admits driving a vehicle on the A35 Puddletown Bypass on September 27 with more than 200 micrograms of cocaine derivative benzoylecgonine per litre of blood.
