A SANDBANKS road has been named as the most expensive in the south west with average house prices of £2,593,000.
Panorama Road, which boasts properties with private beaches and unrivalled views, is in the BH13 postcode in Poole.
The hefty price tag is the highest in the region but does not come close to the top 10 in England and Wales.
Ilchester Place, in the heart of Holland Park in London, is top with an average price of £15.6million.
It is closely followed by Eaton Square in Westminster at £13.7 million, Knightsbridge at £13.4 million and Kensington Road at almost £13 million, all in London.
Lloyds Bank, which compiled the research using Land Registry data, said every region of England has at least one “million pound street” - where the average home is valued at £1 million-plus.
In total, 76 million pound streets were found, including one in Wales.
