BOURNEMOUTH

BIMBI MAGUN DHEDHI, aged 43 and of Wellington Road, Bournemouth, convicted of damaging a glass door to the value of £551 in Blyth Close, Christchurch on April 20. Fined £50, to pay £200 compensation, to pay a £20 surcharge, to pay £300 costs.

Also admits sounding the horn of a BMW which was stationary on a road other than at a time of danger. No separate penalty.

Also convicted of using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause another to believe immediate unlawful violence would be used. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Restraining order made until December 2019.

BRIAN CLINTON HOSKING, aged 71 and of Vale Road, Boscombe, admits driving a vehicle in Christchurch Road, Bournemouth on December 4 with 57 micrograms of alcohol in breath. Fined £120, to pay a £30 surcharge, to pay £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 16 months.

RORY BOLTON-MAYOH, aged 25 and of Elmgate Drive, Bournemouth, admits failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to report as directed on four occasions. No adjudication - dealt with for original offence. Community order revoked and remade. The defendant must comply with an electronically-monitored curfew for 12 weeks and comply with a rehabilitation activity requirement for a maximum of 30 days. Also admits driving a vehicle at the car ferry terminal in Gunwharf Road, Portsmouth on March 17 while disqualified. To pay an £85 surcharge.

Also admits having an offensive weapon, namely a knuckleduster. Knuckleduster to be forfeited and destroyed.

Also admits having a quantity of cannabis in his possession. Drugs to be forfeited and destroyed.

DAVID MICHAEL VYE, aged 20 and of no fixed abode, admits failing to comply with supervision requirements imposed following release from a period of imprisonment by failing to return to an approved premises on two occasions, being in breach of a supervision order by not adhering with the curfew requirement on two occasions and his current whereabouts being unknown. Committed to prison for 14 days.

RABIA ALHADE, aged 24 and of Queen’s Drive Road, Southbourne, admits failing to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order by failing to report as directed for unpaid work on three occasions. Suspended sentence for burglary varied. Committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months. The defendant must comply with a rehabilitation activity requirement for a maximum of five days.

BILLY MARTIN WRIGHT, aged 26 and of Springwater Close, Bournemouth, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to report as directed for unpaid work on two occasions. Order varied. The defendant must carry out 90 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months. Ten hours added to original 80 hours to mark breach. To pay £60 costs.

POOLE

DEBRA CAMPBELL, aged 54 and of Bushell Road, Poole, admits driving a vehicle on the M4 in South Gloucestershire on February 2 2017 at a speed exceeding 40mph, namely 47mph. Fined £100, to pay a £30 surcharge. Driving record endorsed with three points.

LESLEY ANN MOIR, aged 35 and of Longfleet Road, Poole, convicted of stealing groceries worth £237 from Waitrose in Romsey on October 3. Community order made. The defendant must have treatment for her drug dependency for six months and comply with a rehabilitation activity requirement for a maximum of 20 days. Also convicted of stealing four bottles of Champagne worth £127 from M&S in Ringwood Road, St Leonards on May 16. To pay £127 compensation. Also admits commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge for a period of 18 months for theft and resisting or obstructing a PC. No action taken on breach. Also admits commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order for theft x 2. Fined £100.
