A BOURNEMOUTH home has been shut by the courts.
The address at 30 Shaftesbury Road in Charminster was closed for three months by magistrates on Thursday.
Resident Michael Holborow has been ordered not to return for the duration of the closure order.
Only 'staff or authorised agents of the landlord' will be allowed to go to the property to clean it and carry out repairs.
The property is the latest to be shut after applications by Bournemouth council officials.
Last month, 9a Castle Parade in Iford was closed and its residents Sharon Latini and Gary Dunford ordered not to return for three months.
