REPAIR work will be taking place on the A31 at Ringwood after a car crashed into a bridge.
The collision happened on the westbound carriageway, just after the exit for Ringwood.
One lane was blocked, with traffic queuing back towards Poulner Hill.
Police are working with Highways England to recover the car, but motorists are being warned that the bridge repairs will take “some time”.
Nobody was injured in the crash.
