FOUR teenagers were injured during a disturbance on a housing estate at Trickett's Cross at the weekend.

Dorset Police were called to reports of an assault at Barns Road early on Saturday morning.

Officers say the incident is believed to haver taken place in the early hours.

It involved an group of teenagers, and three men and a woman.

They are all believed to have been known to one another.

Neighbours told the Daily Echo: "There was one hell of a racket."

Four teens, two males and two females, were injured.

Police say none of the injuries are thought to be life-threatening.

On Saturday afternoon the semi-detached property remained cordoned off by police. Forensics officers were also on scene, and the front window of the house had been smashed.

A Dorset Police spokesman said: "Officers made a number of enquiries and a 19-year-old man from Ferndown has been arrested on suspicion of aggravated burglary."

Police first received a report of assault at 6.27am on Saturday.
