A WARRANT was issued by Poole Magistrates’ Court for the arrest of a man charged with flytipping offences.
Tristram Booth, of Cowdrey Gardens, Bournemouth, is alleged to have deposited controlled waste at St Catherine’s Hill, Christchurch, without the authority of a permit issued under the Environmental Protection Act.
The 39-year-old, whose failure to attend his court hearing prompted the warrant, is also alleged to have transported controlled waste while being unregistered. He is yet to enter a plea.
