GLOVES at the ready. Temperatures are set to turn colder this week with it feeling no warmer than 0C tomorrow.

Today will be dry with some sunny spells but it will feel no warmer than 5C all day.

Tuesday will see temperatures struggle to feel any warmer than 0C.

Wednesday will remain on the chilly side but by the end of the week it will feel like 7C.

The Met Office says the colder spell is being caused by high pressure over Scandinavia will bring cold easterly winds to the UK.

Some forecasters have suggested November could end on a cold snap but say it’s still too early to tell.

A Met Office spokesperson said: “Into early December, there is a lot of uncertainty in the forecast, as there is the chance of either a short-lived milder spell with winds from the west, or perhaps seeing even colder conditions if the winds turn more northerly or northeasterly.”
